Wow, how has it come around that quick? This Sunday at 6am - I’ll be taking my first swim stroke of a 2.5 mile swim, followed by 110 miles on the bike, then a 26.2 mile run.
Weather forecast is dry and sunny, which is nice, but maxing out at 20 degC, which is a tad warmer than i was hoping. hey ho, the laps on the deck 1 running track on the cruise down to the canaries paid off after all There are two feed stations on the ride and four on the run leg, so i should be ok for fluids, just need to remember not to go off too hard and to keep eating.
Provisional results should be up here either on the day, or the following day, but as soon as I’ve regained use of my body, I’ll post on here.
