Sat at home after driving back from the Lakes feeling super stoked after completing the Lakeland 50 in 13hrs 24mins. Very sore and very tired but with a nice buzz running through me. The race set up was fantastic and we even were treated to an opening address by fell running legend Joss Naylor. The weather was far too hot and winning times in the 50 miler were slower than last year, but still very impressive with the winner posting a time of 8hrs 18mins.
