MATT:

Got up, ate lots and lots of breakfast at my grandmas house because she has nice cereal and croissants and toast. My mother decided to make us skate without Lee which we thought was mean but then realised it was probably best as his foot was still too swollen to get into his shoe. We skated a bit fast, met up with some grandparents, ate cakes, skated faster still into Weston where we met my other grandparents which was nice. We thought we’d skate another 15 or so miles for fun, which we got done in 55 minutes which is silly fast. I was sweaty. Back at my grandparent’s tonight for a feast and some lemon meringue pie. Mmmmmmmmmm.

CHARLIE:

Woke up today at 10, life is pretty sweet, oh yeah! Bed and a shower and a roof are things I like very much. Had a really big breakfast which finished around 12 ish and we decided to skate at around 2 after the decision that lee wouldn’t be skating because of his ankle. So we thought we’d get half a days skate in and started in Avonmouth. Cruised for couple of hours and managed a good 19 miles before we stopped for a bit of lunch, which we had left at home, so we settled for cakes! Another 10 miles through Weston took us to the general hospital were we met up with Matt’s grandparents and had lunch at around 4. Then we busted out a crazy amount of miles (about 14 miles) in a crazy amount of time (probably 55 minutes) to finish the day with 44 miles done after only starting at half 2! Not bad eh! Night xx

LEE:

I better start with what happened yesterday we had a rest day so that we could meet with some of our sponsors and so that I could go to hospital to have my infected blister looked at. The doctor told me that it was really quite badly infected and gave me lots of different drugs to take and we decided that it was best if I didn’t skate. We started the day pretty late this morning which was really nice and then had a huge breakfast that to be honest lasted until lunch time. The day was really wired as I was sat in the van watching the others skate but they were flying along 17 miles and hour at one point! To be honest I haven’t got much to say today as I didn’t do much.
