Keswick & Grasmere's Salomon Trail Running Group
Every thursday evening members of staff from Cotswold's Keswick and Grasmere stores get together with Salomon's own trail runner Natalie White. This is a great evening for people of all fitness and abilities to get together for a sociable run. When possible we will be joined by Natalie White, a Salomon sponsored athlete, great help with our techniques and training. Runs will vary in length and difficulty depending on the participants. Routes and starting points changing weekly. So please email and ask to join our group to be sent details prior to every evening.
