PHEW. I'm sure that as you get older Jet Lag becomes worse, I've just stumbled through the door after an epic trip back from Denver. It was around -6 in Eldorado canyon yesterday morning...(or was it this morning) when I walked through the Canyon with Jazz and my old mate Bruce who lives in Boulder. It was far too cold to climb, in fact there were streaks of ice forming on parts of the crag but it was still nice to go and look at the wonderful rock there and to remember the fun times I've had there in the past.

Then there was the flight, nothing to write home about but there was a fun film called Hangover which I found funny!! The highlight of the flight was spotting Sir Chris Bonnington (who was sitting up front!!) and having a 10minute chat with him. I have met him a few times but it was cool of him to chat away to me about the climbing he has been doing and also the fact the he summited Mont Blanc a few weeks back. I don't care what folk say he is a total legend!!

Now I'm at home and getting my things ready for the series of talks I'm doing in some of the Cotswold Stores, it kicks off Wed nite in Norwich so I hope to see some folk then

Stay tuned
