My idea for this is to post what I have been doing out and about (so I remember late on in life).

Yesterday I went out to the new bouldering centre (the only dedicated bouldering centre in Wales!) Climbing Station. It only opened last week and is located about 5km from my house! So I can have a nice warm up run to the centre, have a good boulder and then run... walk... get the train home. There are some fantastic routes, and the staff are nice and relaxed too. An added bonus is I get another 15% off with Cotswold Outdoors! If I added all of the various discounts I get I would have around about 150% off. It is definitely something worth checking out!

My plan for today is to go for a nice snow plod up in Brecon and check out the conditions for ice climbing in the up and coming weeks of cold.  A perfect way to spend a weekend off! I will post up later with how my day went, and how cold I got.
