Well I have had some time off, lost some weight and found about five mins on a training run so woo hoo!
The update on donation site is proving tricky due to varying issue but will be sorted asap.
6 miles now is 35mins approx so its getting better, gonna try for a longer one next week, wethare permitting of course!
I have been using the sis recovery powder in strawberry flavour to help muscles after this exertion, I feel better the next day as the legs are not too bad even after stretching them all afternon on the day of training runs!
One thing to reccomend is not to play football against childrens team in "dad's v lad's" and then try to run as shin injuries slow you down!!
