A decision had to be made, i'd been putting it off for quite a while now but now its done I'm pleased to have a goal to work towards.

In what is left 2011 and will be running and cycling to raise money for Amnesty UK, every year I choose a charity to run for and after much deliberation and soul searching I (finally) made a decision.  My goal is to raise a modest £250 and I'm hoping as many of you as possible can donate, however small.  If you would like to support me you can make a donation here ...
