Rory – Store Manager
Rory has immersed himself in the products since joining Cotswolds, he is now Anatom level 2 trained in footwear and also has a love affair with Rucksacks!

Mark – Assistant Manager
Mark is a keen Rower, Snowboarder, Skier and Climber. Having transferred from our London Piccadilly store he is enjoying the lack of hustle and bustle Shropshire has to offer!

Andy – Supervisor
Andy just loves to be outdoors, whether it’s with his camera or dog walking, camping, power kiting, mountain biking or hiking. Andy is a bit of a multi sport addict and will give anything a try!

Rhian – Admin
Rhian’s passions lie in tearing through the outdoors as quickly as possible usually on a Down Hill Mountain Bike! She is sponsored by Marmot and Keen and competes regularly at an elite level. She is also a keen runner and has recently taken up geo-caching and hiking.

J.P.
James is about as enthusiastic as you can get when it comes to the outdoors. He has recently summated Kilimanjaro with his son and can often be seen hiking or running over the South Shropshire Hills.

Peter
Peter is a regular volunteer with the Shropshire Wildlife Trust and is often out in all weathers putting up fences or re-hydrating Wem Moss! He is also a keen scrambler and visits Snowdonia regularly.

Gemma
Gemma regularly volunteers as a Guide Leader, Duke of Edinburgh supervisor and is a very keen horse rider and can often be seen out walking around Church Stretton with Charlie, her Jack Russell

Simo
Simo has travelled extensively, particularly in the Far East including Japan and Mongolia.

James W
James is our resident Climber! Since joining Cotswolds in July 2011 he has taken up climbing and is now a keen Trad Climber. Regularly climbing around the Peak District as well as Shropshire and Wales.

Sarah
Currently taking part in her Gold Duke Of Edinburgh she out walking regularly practising hard


Our staff come from a broad cross section of outdoor backgrounds; so whether you're off trekking in the Alps, or going skiing for the first time, we've got staff that will be able to offer friendly and helpful advice. We also like to hear your stories and learn a lot from customer feedback.
