This role is essential in assisting the Store Manager to achieve maximum store efficiency and profitability. The role includes driving sales, cost management, staff management and development and local marketing. The ideal candidate would have previous supervisory experience preferably gained within a retail environment and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service with an understanding of how this drives sales and affects the bottom line. An interest in outdoor activities and or travel would also be advantageous.
