Our large Newcastle shop is located on Northumberland Street next to HMV and stocks an extensive range of travelling and outdoor clothing, footwear and equipment. We also incorporate The North Face and Berghaus shop-in-shops selling both brands' latest products. You will also find:

• WATER SPORTS DEPARTMENT

• EXPERT BOOT FITTING
  We are proud of our full and expert footwear fitting service. We can measure the length and width of your feet and make footwear recommendations based on your foot type as well as your intended use. With staff trained in footwear fitting and modification together with a footwear testing ramp we do everything we can to help you purchase properly fitting footwear for your adventure or travels.



• TRAVEL AND MAP LIBRARY
  With over a 1000 different books, maps and DVD's you can plan your adventure today in the comfort of our store library with a coffee and meet like minded staff who are always happy to discuss your needs, without the hard sell.



• TENT SHOWROOM
  Newcastle is at present the largest store in the company and has a large dedicated tent room displaying one person to six person plus family tents. Just ask and we will erect most tents there and then so you can judge which model is best for you and ask any questions about pitching.

EXPEDITION ADVICE

If you or your group are going travelling you can ask one of our expedition experts for advice - we can even come to your group or organisation and give a kit talk describing what you will need and what to expect on your adventure. So come in and talk kit with our friendly and knowledgeable team and get your adventures started! If you don't see what you need, let us know and we'll get it in for you.
