Our Team in Holborn
We’re proud of our staff. They’ve grown up in walking boots and under canvas, walked across the UK and endured countless rainstorms. They’ve travelled the world, trekking in the Moroccan Atlas, guiding groups across the Austrian Alps, and done solo canoe trips in Canada’s freshwater wilderness. Between them, they’ve experienced the Scouts, the Duke of Edinburgh Award, and World Challenge. Alongside this, we give them extensive product knowledge, and train them in boot and rucksack fitting - so whatever you’re doing, wherever you’re going, we will be able to help.

Supporting local groups
October saw the start of a new term with lots of new students moving to London. The University of London Mountaineering Club and the University College London Duke of Edinburgh Society welcomed new members from all over the world to their clubs and had us conduct kit talks to help get them acquainted with helpful clothing for a British autumn and winter.
In this photo, our staff discuss the properties of merino wool baselayers – a highly recommended key piece of kit.
We are pleased to support local outdoor groups, organizations, and businesses. If you think we could help you, or to find out more, please drop by the store, or contact our Local Marketing Representative via email.
Here in Holborn, we’re always supporting local events, and the most recent was was holding the 2013 Ordnance Survey Workshop in our store!
