Our staff are only too willing to share their favourite routes, so whether you're climbing, biking or walking you're bound to find someone with some great hidden gems.

Our staff come from a broad cross section of outdoor backgrounds; so whether you're off trekking in the Alps, starting to climb, or simply enjoying the local countryside, we've got staff that will be able to offer friendly and helpful advice. We also like to hear your stories and learn a lot from customer feed back. So if you have a story to tell, or can advise us on techniques and gear you have used, then feel free to drop in - we'd love to see you.

Need a new pair of boots this summer? Why not pop in and see one of our expert boot fitters in store who can advise you on the most suitable boots for your needs. Also we have a number of specialist boot fitters in store who can help you if you have trouble finding a suitable pair of boots to fit you and can tailor the boots around your feet to give you a bespoke footwear fit. Our footwear fit guarantee only applies in store, we will measure your feet, find you a pair of boots that we feel fit correctly and that are suitable for your needs and we will guarantee the fit of that boot after your purchase.
