We have a very broad range of outdoor experiences in the store. Walking, climbing, cycling, travelling, camping, skiing and snowboarding, the one thing that unites the whole team is our love and passion for the outdoors. So whether you are planning over-landing across the Sahara desert, hiking the Pennine way, climbing the local grit stone crags or just want to have a chat about where to hike, bike or climb in the area, the Bakewell store should be your first port of call.

An extensive range of guidebooks by local authors should mean that we are never short of a recommendation or two for the local area. (Not least of all some good coffee shops and somewhere to buy your Bakewell Pudding!)
